Amazing instructor that I would recommend to anyone. He’s very friendly and detailed in his teaching. He and his wife are very organised and flexible with hours. Couldn’t thank them both enough! 🚗🚗🚗🚗

Excellent driving instructor, very thorough with his teaching, offers many ways for you to learn which is very helpful! I especially found the revision book helpful for when i was preparing for my test

“Thank you to Ian for putting up with me over the past few months. I am 62 years of age and thought I was too old to pass a test but today I succeeded even though I am in a pressure cooker when I am on my test and shaking like a leaf. He as patience of a saint and nerves of steel, also excellent teacher. I would recommend Ian to anyone. He tried all sorts with me and treated me as an individual. I started learning to drive almost two years ago, my instructor and I didn’t gel, his teaching style wasn’t helpful for me and as a result, I really struggled with confidence! A friend gave me Ian’s number and told me I wouldn’t regret giving him a call, and after passing my test today I can honestly say it was the best decision I’ve ever made! Ian is patient, thorough, and really puts you at ease and most importantly for me, helped to build my confidence from the very first lesson. I would recommend Ian to anyone. Thanks so much for all your help, I really appreciate it.

“When looking for a driving instructor Ian was recommended to me by one of my friends. The reason i chose Ian is because he is thorough and gets you to be the best you can be. Genuinely can’t believe I’ve passed my test first time with Ian Wilkinson Driving School. Its been 4 months of hard work. Very happy to pass with only 6 minors ! Ian is a friendly and reliable instructor and with your him i wouldn’t be where i am today. Without Ian I genuinely wouldn’t have passed my test today. Ian have taught, calmed and motivated me well. “Hi, I would like to thank you Ian for your patience and for taking me on at short notice. For everyone else I would like to explain, I was introduced to Ian by a family member after 2 years of disastrous lessons with a former instructor, I sat 2 tests with my previous instructor and failed miserably!!! He never tried to correct me in where I was going wrong so I decided to start with Ian , I had till 17th of may before my theory test ran out and thanks to Ian and 8 weeks of tears and tantrums lol! I finally passed on Monday the 12th of may!!! I would certainly recommend Ian to any one wanting to learn to drive,a brilliant teacher and a great guy !!!! Cheers Ian”
